Industry I-Net is seeking an energetic candidate with customer service, marketing and graphics experience to support the IT team. Reporting to the VP of IT operations, your key role is to provide customer sales and support along with designing ads for new service campaigns and updating both Industry I-Net and Industry Telephone Company’s web sites. 
Responsibilities include: 

Sales/Customer Service/Tech Support/Marketing

• Assists Internet users connecting online using Telco’s service and provides customer service and technical support. 

• Troubleshoots software and hardware problems related to Internet applications. 

• Serves as Telco and Industry I-Net Webmaster. 

• Drafts, develops, and executes marketing plans and strategies. 

• Maintains marketing/sales database and provides support to IT Manager. 

• Designs ads and marketing material for ad campaigns. 

• Prepares, or oversees the preparation of subscriber newsletters, bill stuffers, and service promotions. 

• Performs secretarial and administrative duties for IT Manager.

• Performs duties of highly confidential nature regarding knowledge of the company’s network and operations. 

• Responsibilities require discretion, judgment, tact and poise, and the ability to work well with others.
