DSL Troubleshooting Procedure
If your DSL Internet access is not working properly and you are receiving "Page cannot be displayed" messages in Internet Explorer or errors while checking email do the following:
1. Restart your computer and also turn off your DSL modem (you may have to unplug the power source). Wait a few seconds and then turn the modem on.

You will need to wait for the modem to fully synchronize with our- equipment. You should have a solid “Link light” when the modem connects. If the Link light continues to blink after 10 minutes please notify our main office at (979) 357-4638 or 1-888-423-5733 as there is a problem with your DSL link. If the modem properly synchronizes and you cannot surf the web proceed to step 2.
2. If you have a router connected to the DSL modem you will need to power-cycle the router (again you may have to unplug its power source). If you do not have a router and/or are still unable to surf the web please contact our main office at (979) 357-4411 or 1-888-212-8872.
